[. . . ] The frequency of cleaning required will be dictated by use situations: amount of traffic, grease, debris, etc. The following are general guidelines: - Apply properly diluted cleaning or detergent solution to mat and let stand for 2-5 minutes - Clean the top of the mat with a stiff bristle deck brush and clean the backside of the mat with the deck brush or a mop - Rinse both sides with warm water - Roll the mat loosely with the slip-resistant side facing outward and allow to air dry. Avoid hanging mat across railings or sharp objects - Clean the floor area. Sweep, damp mop or scrub as necessary to remove all grease, oil and debris - Allow both the floor and the mat to dry thoroughly before placing the mat back into service. Check to be sure the mat is laying flat.
