Forwarding calls to another set You can forward your calls to another set; you have three possibilities. An audible message indicates that the action has been validated. *Depending on the programming done by the system operator 28 The call forwarding function Forwarding calls to voicemail* You can forward your calls to voicemail; you have three possibilities. Note: depending on the associated system version, you may need to lift the handset before carrying out the operation. You must ask for a personalized key to be programmed for each call that you want to make at the same time. Example: for three simultaneous calls, ask for the multi-key function to be programmed on three keys. Communicating with the multi-key function The multi-key function must be programmed on at least two keys. Answer a call: When a call arrives on your set that is multi-key programmed, the indicator associated to the personalized key flashes. Note: depending on the associated system version, you may need to lift the handset before carrying out the operation. Multi-key 1 - Press the programmed key. Lift the handset to talk with the party. The set stores the last setting. 50 Set settings Personalizing the set's secret code To access certain functions (unlocking the set, virtual desking function. . . ) a secret code is required. This code (different from the mail access code) is 0000 by default. You must personalize this code before use (for example, to unlock the set).
