[. . . ] Acronis True Image Sofware Development Kit (SDK) Overview The Acronis True Image Software Development Kit (SDK) provides an extensible set of components that allow core Acronis True Image and disk management functionality to be embedded within your custom software applications. Enterprise IT developers, system integrators, independent software vendors (ISVs) and others can leverage the core capabilities of Acronis True Image and disk management functionality to develop custom solutions that integrate into existing applications. Supports multiple programming languages to ease development You do not need to learn new programming languages to unlock the capabilities within the Acronis True Image SDK. [. . . ] Moreover, with Acronis Universal Restore you can restore to different hardware or to virtual systems in case your system is damaged beyond repair. In addition, you will also be able to create, resize, delete, and move partitions by leveraging our disk management capabilities. Better yet, the solution you build will be part of your existing management system. Supports remote management of systems in your network The Acronis True Image SDK allows you to perform operations not only on local systems, but on remote systems as well. You can perform remote operations in two different modes: 1. Using the Acronis Agent remote connection functionality 2. Using the Distributed Component Object Model (DCOM).
