Your DupliQ DQ-5610 can be connected to a host computer or notebook via USB 2. 0 interface. Enabled with an intelligent application firmware, this patent pending state-of-the-art robotic mechanism is capable of, automatically load and unload discs continuously without any human intervention, thus maximizing your workflow efficiency. Assembling Your Duplicator Simply follow the steps below to carefully assemble your DupliQ: 1) Make sure the power adaptor is unplugged from DupliQ, as well as, turn off the power switch on the rear of DupliQ. Install the four pillars one by one onto the input tray. The four disc pillars are in two pair sets, non-exchangeable to each other, in two pieces each. Carefully distinguish them from each other when assembling. 3) Assemble the input tray on to DupliQ from the bottom by carefully pressing it firmly upward. Minimum System Requirements Your DupliQ DQ-5610 is an external USB recorder with auto-loader, its performance and function will be exclusively manipulated by the host computer and the software. The minimum system requirement to operate the unit is as follow: Pentium III processor at 700 MHz or higher (for CD burning); Pentium IV processor at 1. 2GHz or higher (for DVD burning), 512MB RAM; At least 800x600 display with at least 16 Bit colors; 700 MB free disk space for CD, and 9 GB free disk space for DVD; CD/DVD drive for system installation and for data source One USB 2. 0 port (or an open PCI slot for optional USB 2. 0 adapter card); Windows 2000 and XP for PC. Installing DupliQ Device Driver 1) Turn your host computer on. Make sure there is no software running, as sometimes it may generate unpredictable mal-function during installation. Insert the installation CD into the disc drive at your host computer. Connect the DupliQ USB cable to the host compute. Windows will show a message box: "Searching for DupliQ device driver". [. . . ] Nero's history file: The file is named "NeroHistory. txt", which shall be under the directory where Nero is installed, for example, C:\Program Files\Ahead\Nero. Choosing Blank Disc There are huge variety of recordable CDs and DVDs on the market with different brands, writing speeds, and packages.
