This information shall be kept in a confidential file with the Physiker. The Physiker will become familiar with this data so as to better safeguard members in the event they cannot answer questions during an accident. Maintain a log of all incidences, no matter how trivial they might seem, and forward copies to the Imperial Minister as soon as reasonably possible following the incident.
