Press the SELECTION button repeatedly until HEAT+HOLD flashes. The Heat+Hold function is now switched on. As soon as the function is completed, a signal sounds and Heat+Hold starts. The function set runs at 80°C for 30 minutes. After 30 minutes with Heat+Hold are over, the oven switches itself off. 30 Using the Oven 3 3 Irrespective of the function set, Heat+Hold remains active.
