The charcoal filter should only be used if you want to use the hood in recirculation mode. The charcoal filter cannot be washed nor regenerated. The charcoal filter should be replaced every 4 months under normal use. Replacement filters are available from your local Service Force Centre. Arrange the carbon filter as a cover to protect the suction motor, fixing it with the two screws supplied. Always specify the hood model code number and serial number when ordering replacement filters. [. . . ] Determine the X and Y dimensions and mark the position of the two holes with a pencil. Then carry out the perforation (2 x Ø 12 mm); insert the two hooks with dowels (3). Remove the fat filter (4), hang the hood up, adjust its horizontal position with the adjustment screws (5). Fix the flue support bracket (7A ­ Suction version) or the deflector (7F ­ Filtering version) with the Ø 8 mm dowels and the Ø 5x45 mm screws at 3-4 mm distance from the ceiling with the hood centred and perfectly horizontal.
