There are two temperatures to be set · The oven temperature · The core temperature Important!Only use the meat probe supplied or genuine replacement parts. Put the tip of the meat probe into the centre of the meat. 2 1 3. Put the plug of the meat probe into the socket on the side wall of the oven. Touch + or - in less than 5 seconds to set the core temperature. Set the oven function and, if necessary, the oven temperature. The appliance calculates the provisional end time for the set temperature (at least 120°C) again and again. This procedure can take approximately 30 minutes. The display constantly shows the new provisional end time. The meatprobe must stay in the meat and in the meatprobe socket during the cooking process. When the meat reaches set core temperature, an acoustic signal sounds. The appliance deactivates automatically. Remove the meatprobe plug from the socket and remove the meat from the oven. Be careful when you remove the tip and plug of the meat probe. For meat programmes with the meatprobe , refer to automatic programmes . The core temperature is displayed from 30°C. My Programmes menu You can store your favourite settings like duration, temperature or oven function. They are available in My Programmes menu.
