Therefore please use wash programmes with pre wash when using detergent tablets. Automatic Wash Programmes During the AUTOMATIC programmes the amount of soiling on the dishes is determined by how cloudy the water is. If the appliance is partially loaded and the dishes lightly soiled, the "pre wash", "main wash" and "rinsing" elements of the programme are shorter and the water consumption level is lower. If the appliance is fully loaded and the dishes heavily soiled, the "pre wash", "main wash" and "rinsing" elements of the programme are longer and the water consumption level is higher. For this reason the programme duration, water and energy consumption levels can vary within the stated range for AUTOMATIC programmes (see Programme Table). In this way, the dishes are always optimally washed while water and electricity consumption are kept low. During AUTOMATIC programmes the temperature of the wash water is also automatically adjusted to between 50 °C and 65 °C depending on the amount of soiling on the dishes. 20 Selecting the Wash Programme (Programme Table) Choose the most suitable wash programme with the aid of this table: Type of Dishes: Dinner Service and Pans heavily soiling; dried on leftovers, particularly egg white and thickeners normal soiling Dishes without Pans dishes that have normal just been used, soiling normal to slight soiling particularly suitable when concentrated detergents are used.
