Description of the appliance 1 Detergent dispenser drawer 2 Control panel 3 Door handle 4 Drain pump 5 Adjustable feet Detergent dispenser drawer Prewash Main wash Fabric softener, starch C0069 9 ENGLISH Use Control panel 1 Programme chart It will help you to choose the most suitable washing programme for your laundry. 4 Mains-on light It comes on when the machine starts operating and goes out at the end of the programme. 2 Spin speed selector dial This dial has the following positions: · = no spin for cotton programmes · 300 = minimum spin speed for cotton programmes and programme N (short spin) · 1000 = maximum speed for cotton programmes. For synthetics, delicates and wool (programme N short spin) the maximum position corresponds to 750 rpm. The intermediate positions refer to cotton programmes. 5 Half load button YARIM YÜK Select this button to reduce water consumption on the rinse cycle when washing a smaller load of cottons or linens (max. load size=2. 5 kg). 6 Temperature selector dial (SICAKLIK) To select the washing temperature turn the dial to the required value. When your laundry is only lightly soiled, a cold wash can be used (dial to position ). 3 On/Off button AÇMA KAPAMA Press this button to start the machine. The same button is used to switch the machine off. Before selecting a programme or changing an ongoing programme the machine must be switched off by depressing the On/Off button. 7 Programme selector dial To select the required washing programme turn the dial clockwise. 10 Washing hints Sorting the laundry Follow the wash code symbols on each garment label and the manufacturer's washing instructions. Sort the laundry as follows: whites, coloureds, synthetics, delicates, woollens. Then run a cotton cycle at 60°C, with the machine empty, in order to remove any manufacturing residue from the drum and tub. Pour half a measure of detergent into the main wash compartment and start up the machine. 4. Select the spin speed or Turn the dial to the required setting. 1. Place the laundry in the drum Open the door. Place the laundry in the drum, one item at a time, shaking them out as much as possible. Select the required option Depress half load YARIM YÜK button, if desired. 6. Select the temperature P0004 Turn the dial to the required setting. 2. Measure out the detergent Pull out the dispenser drawer until it stops. Measure out the amount of detergent recommended by the manufacturer in a graduated cup and pour it into the main wash compartment .
