Simply select the appropriate recipe by depressing the recipe button. The oven will automatically start up in "fast heat" mode to preheat the oven. Once the oven has reached the programmed preheat temperature, the buzzer will sound. Place the food into the oven (in the recommended shelf position) and the oven will automatically switch off after the preset time has elapsed. Ensure the appliance is on by pressing the "ON / OFF" button. Select the desired oven function by pressing the "function" button. Set the cooking temperature by pressing the ­ or + buttons to decrease or increase the temperature. NOTE: The temperature can only be adjusted when the degrees symbol "°" is flashing.
