These zones or logical groups are collections of nodes and network segments. A zone is an easy way to define the resources for a group and naming that entity. For example, you can define a network zone for the servers for the Finance organization or for the resources that you want to allocate to unauthenticated users. Zone filtering has two major benefits for the device administrator. It simplifies administration by eliminating the entry of separate numbers for each device or network segment. If a new resource is added within an existing network zone, it is available to any user that already has access to that zone. To define a network zone: 1 Select Network Zones from the navigation tree (Figure 61) and click New in the Action Bar. The New NetworkZone dialog box displays (Figure 66).
