Default Mode (Reset) Default mode is resetting the AMX Lighting module values to zero and the module then begins to function on the values you previously programmed into the module. If you experience problems after installing a lighting system, you may need to reset the controller module to default mode. Then, you should be able to determine if there is a problem with the connections, programming, and/or dimming. To reset a AMX Lighting controller to default mode: 1. Power off the AMX Lighting enclosure at the circuit breaker panel. Disconnect all AXlink and PROlink cables from the controller module. Connect a jumper to the dry contact closures 1 through 8 and to ground as shown in FIG. 22.
