VGA Driver Display Properties Changing Resolutions After installing the graphics drivers, right clicking the desktop will allow you to quickly change resolutions by selecting Video Modes. Advanced Configurations Selecting Properties will allow you to enter Windows Display Properties. The graphics drivers installed an extra tab labeled Intel Graphics Technology where you can make advanced graphics configurations. Windows 2000 requires you to click Advanced on the "Settings" page to enter the Intel Graphics Properties. Find technical support and warranty information on the inside cover of the User's Manual or included in the Notebook PC's packaging. 48 "Display" Settings Use the Display settings to change resolution and color. Clicking Advanced Diagnostics brings you to an extended set of graphics modes. Click Show All Hardware Modes to see other modes; but to prevent problems to your display, you will not be allowed to select any modes here. "Color" Settings Use the Color page to correct gamma, brightness, or contrast. This can be done for each RGB color individually or all together. When changes are made, Restore Defaults will be available to easily return to factory settings. Load Bitmap allows you to load your own picture into the preview window. VGA Driver Advanced Diagnostics - Report The Report page allows you export information about your graphics driver to a text file so that you can include it in technical support requests or for your own information. Click the link to access technical support on Intel's web site. Again, you should first use the technical support provided by your Notebook PC retailer.
