Taking a call Page 48 Taking a call 47 When the answering machine is already answering a call, you can take it personally at any time. Recording of the message is automatically stopped in this case. After outgoing message 1 (OGM 1) has been played, the caller can leave a message. Outgoing message 2 (OGM 2) on the other hand is purely an announcement stating that no messages can be left. If the answering machine memory is full, outgoing message 2 is automatically played to callers. Both outgoing messages can be replaced by those of your own. Your answering machine is provided with two pre-recorded outgoing messages . Both outgoing messages can be replaced by ones of your own or the pre-recorded, default messages restored. An outgoing message must be at least 3 seconds long and a maximum of 3 minutes. Please note: The longer the outgoing message, the less recording time is available for incoming messages!{ì} ð Speak your message after the acoustic signal. The new outgoing message is played back. After deleting your own outgoing message, the default message is automatically reactivated. The recorded messages are played back in the sequence they were recorded.
