Detailed instructions for use are in the User's Guide.

[. . . ] This manual contains instructions to simplify installation and operation. This unique audio product recreates the theater sound experience inside a van or RV. It is a cost effective solution to poor TV-audio. The RB3600 uses the existing stock vehicle speakers for easier installation--no separate video speakers are required. [. . . ] Interface harnesses for some vehicles are available from Audiovox Specialized Applications, LLC. These simply plug into the OEM speaker harness. No cutting/splicing is necessary. Theater Sound System INSTALLATION AND WIRING INSTRUCTIONS AMPLIFIER MODULE Mount the amplifier module in a location that is conveniently accessible to the rear speaker wiring harness. It is these wires the RB-3600 interrupts. It is not necessary to mount the amplifier module close to the television. Connect one end of the 10-pin cable assembly to the amplifier module. Cut the wires to the rear radio speakers. Connect the rear speaker(s) as follows: Left rear speaker(s) + : white wire on 4-pin connector Left rear speaker(s) : violet wire on 4-pin connector Right rear speaker(s) + : blue wire on 4-pin connector Right rear speaker(s) : green wire on 4-pin connector The optional interface harness, that is available for some vehicles, will simply plug into the OEM speaker harness. To enjoy the Theater Sound experience in your vehicle, simply turn on the television and set the TV/radio switch on the control panel to the "TV" position. The control panel is in the TV position when the control panel is illuminated. The volume control bar on the television controls the overall volume level of the theater sound. Adjust the bass, treble and loudness switch to preference. Experiment with the equalizer controls to get the maximum benefit from your Theater Sound experience. When the TV/radio switch is in the "radio" position the radio controls the volume level of the radio. The control is not illuminated when the control panel is in the "radio" position. The RB3600 has no effect on the radio output. If the driver wants to listen to the radio and the passengers want to listen to the Theater Sound System then set the control panel to the "TV" position and set the radio fader to the front speakers.
