 [. . . ]  [. . . ] First,  if your car has one,  remove the lower bushing retaining cover as shown (below left) by removing the three nuts with a 13mm wrench. 

Next,  using an 8mm hex (Allen®) wrench,  remove the bottom center bolt as shown (above right) and take out the lower bushing. Now,  put the HD bushing in place and retain with the original bolt. If car is equipped with it,  re-install the retaining cover nuts: 15ftlb/20Nm
