Add a few drops of washing up liquid to the water if the dirt is more difficult to remove. Never use strong or abrasive cleaning agents as these can leave parts of the surfaces looking dull. If you spill a cleaning agent on the casing, wipe it away with water immediately. Stainless steel appliances Always remove any flecks of limescale, grease, cornflour and egg white immediately. Corrosion can form under such flecks. 31 Wipe the front of the oven with water and a little washing up liquid.
