Not at any time should you place the device on an inflammable surface (such as: table cloth, carpet, etc. You must not position the device near open fireplaces, electric ovens/arc furnaces, furnaces/electric heaters or other heat sources. The electrical circuit in the socket must be secured to at least 16A. Only connect the unit directly to the wall socket; do not use any extension cords or power strips. Place the unit so that the plug is easily accessible and can be quickly removed from its socket in case of necessity.
