[. . . ] Remove the pump tube and fill the thermo jug with the desired amount of hot or cold liquid. Replace the tube and close the cover until the buttons click into place. To pour drinks from the thermo jug,  open the latch on the pump cover by sliding it to the left (OPEN). Place a cup/glass or other container under the pump head and press down on the cover.  to remove such deposits ,  use commercially available substances. Rinse the thermo jug thoroughly and several times,  then leave open to dry. Never use harsh chemicals which may scratch the thermo jug. Never use scouring agents to clean the thermo jug.  [. . . ] Use only a soft cloth and never use any type of harsh chemicals which may damage the stainless steel casing.  [. . . ]
