Introduction The DeviceNet card allows the RSi H-Series drive to be connected to and controlled over a DeviceNet network. All drive parameters and commands are available through DeviceNet. Troubleshooting Table 23 ­ Network Status LED LED State Indicates · Network power is not being supplied through the DeviceNet connector. · The drive is the only node on the network. · The baud rate setting is incorrect. · A master node has not taken ownership of the drive. · The drive has been successfully allocated to a master. · The Poll I/O Connection has Timed-Out. Blinking Red Connection Time-Out · Reset the drive. · Send a Reset service to the Identity object of the drive. · Verify that the master sends polls to the drive within 4 * EPR as reported by the drived's connection object. · Change the MAC ID of the drive. Corrective Measures · Verify that there is at least 11 volts between the V+ and V- terminals of the DeviceNet connector (pins 5 and 1). · Verify that there is a master node operating on the network.
