Check the level indicator (MAX) inside the main body when filling. Dangerous: If the kettIe is overfilled, boiling water may be ejected. Never remove the kettle from its base while in operation. Take care to close the lid properly before switching on. Otherwise, the appliance will not switch off automaticalIy and hot water may overflow. The kettle is for heating water only, and is not to be used for any other fluitis. If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer or its service agent or similar qualified person in order to avoid a hazard. Warning: Do not remove the lid while the water is boiling. Kettle is only to be used with the stand provided.
