It features tubular steel construction, six legs, 100% sealed radial ball bearings, bi-fold frame, and easy-adjust front drum. It is also 100% made by hand in the U. S. A. [. . . ] · SLIGHT steering movements or leaning will cause you to move off center of the roller. If you find yourself starting to lean, correct with a slight steering motion to get the bike back under you. Remember that the bike will respond to your steering motion much quicker than any attempt to lean into it. · When you're ready to stop, don't brake. Instead, put your feet on the frame and the bike will coast to a stop fairly quickly.
C. Spread the front legs apart just enough to slide one end of the axle out of the frame. Then slide the other end of the axle out. The frame will flex enough to allow you to remove the drum without bending the frame. Choose a new position for the drum, making sure the belt is on the drum properly and re-tighten the knobs.

Place your bike so that the rear wheel is cradled between the rear and middle drums, and the front wheel is on top of the front drum. The position of the front drum should be adjusted so that the center of the drum is slightly AHEAD of the axle of your bike's front wheel. Use the FIRST adjustment position that places the drum ahead of the axle of your bike's front wheel. ROLLER RIDING TIP
The key to a good ride on rollers is attitude. As in competition, you need to see beyond what could go wrong by putting 100% focus on achieving the goal. The time it will take to master rollers depends on whether you are more concerned with riding or falling off.
