This reference sheet tells you how to set up and use your BizTouch 3 headset. 

Attaching your headset to your BizTouch 3
1.  [. . . ] Attach the clothing clip to your clothing so that the weight of the cord is not pulling on the headset. The headset cord has a quick connect feature. Disconnecting the quick connect will not hang up your call.

Making a call while using the headset
1. Press HANDSFREE and wait for the dial tone. 3. 

Adjust volume if needed by using

Receiving a call while use the headset
1. Press HANDSFREE instead of picking up the handset when the phone rings. Press HANDSFREE again to hang up the phone. 

Switching between the headset and the handset
