Severe movements while the motorcycle is in transit could trigger a false alarm. The alarm function is active again 12 seconds later. If the reason for the alarm persists, the alarm function is triggered again, but this can happen no more than five times in succession. You can cancel an alarm at any time after it has been triggered by pressing button 2 on your remote control unit. This function does not change the status of the anti-theft alarm. An acoustic alarm sounds and the turn indicators flash for the duration of the alarm. You can program the sound of the acoustic alarm (b 26).
