General
The kit is intended for the use of a qualified service technician.  [. . . ] 5) Knock out the bottom opening using a hammer. 6) Mark the position of the holes in the bottom plate and the position of the three screw holes using the flange as a template. Drill Three screw holes diameter 2. 9 mm. 

Installation
1) Install the pipe with the cover ring from the outside through the hole in the dryer bottom. 2) Secure the kit using 3 self tapping screws. 3) Seal the internal connections using duct tape. 4) Reinstall all removed parts (hood,  drum,  backpanel).  [. . . ] A significant airflow should exit the side exit. 

If the airflow is low,  check the internal connection of the kit again.
