Your washing machine is distinguished by its economical consumption of energy, water and detergent. Each washing machine which leaves our factory is checked carefully to ensure that it functions properly and is in perfect condition. Start programme q Turn the programme selector to the desired programme - see also the separate programme overview. The "Ready" indicator light is on. The "Ready in" time is displayed. Example: q If required, select the desired spin speed or "Rinse Hold". q If required, press the button(s) for additional option(s). 24 q If required, select the "Start in" time. The "Start in" time begins running immediately. The programme starts automatically after the "Start in" time has elapsed. q Press the "Start M" button. The programme starts. Changing the programme If you have accidentally selected the wrong programme: q Turn the programme selector to "Off". q Select a programme after the desired soaking period. i No additional detergent required, the soaking solution is used for washing. Starching The laundry must not be treated with fabric softener. q Dispense the correct amount of starch for approx. Dissolve starch according to the manufacturer's instructions. q Turn the programme selector to "Rinse/Freshen up. q Set the spin speed ("Rinse Hold is also possible). As soon as the water runs in: q Pull out the detergent drawer a little and q Pour starch solution into dispenser I. If the "Rinse Hold option is selected, the "Drain b programme must subsequently be selected. 27 Dyeing Only use dyes that are environmentally compatible and suitable for use in washing machines. Caution Discoloration of the laundry in subsequent wash cycles cannot be completely ruled out. q Apply dyes according to the manufacturer's instructions.
