Adding more ingredients
1. Set the rotary switch to "0/off". Remove the lid and add more ingredients. Pour in more liquid trough the funnel in the lid.
Add solid ingredients trough the filler tube in the lid.
4. Move the rotary switch to the desired position.
After blending
1. Set the rotary switch to "0/off". MMB 2000 UC: also retract the rotary switch; press in the switch and release slowly. Remove the blender jug by rotating it in counter clockwise direction. Tip: It is recommended that the blender jug be cleaned immediately after use, see "Cleaning and servicing".

Cleaning and servicing
d Warning!
Never immerse the motor block and the blades in water and do not clean in the dishwasher.
Note: Do not use abrasive cleaning agents as these will damage the surfaces. Wipe the motor block with a damp cloth and wipe dry. Disassemble the blender: Detach the blender motor base from the blender jug by rotating it in an counter clockwise direction. Follow the wording on the underside of the blender support.
5. Disassemble the blender support: Carefully take the blade compartment out of the blender support.
6. Carefully remove the sealing ring from the blade compartment. Disassemble the cover: Take the funnel out of the filler tube in the lid and remove the lower part of the lid. [. . . ] Peel the oranges and apples, cut into pieces 2. Blend the ingredients (except the apple juice and mineral water) at maximum speed for approx. Add the apple juice and mineral water 4.
