Serve chicken with sauce and rice, salad or roasted vegetables. METHOd 1. Heat oil in frypan on heat setting `High Sear'. Add chicken strips and cook for 2-3 minutes, remove and set aside. Add rice and stir well to coat with butter. Increase to heat setting `High Sear', cover with lid and bring to the boil. Reduce to heat setting 2-4 and simmer for 20 minutes or until rice has cooked. Stir chicken, sultanas and smoked almonds thoroughly into rice. Reduce to heat setting 4-6, cover with lid and cook for 40 minutes. Uncover and stir in sour cream and simmer for a further 10 minutes. In a small bowl, whisk reserved flour into the softened butter. Stir flour mixture into chicken mixture and simmer for another 5-10 minutes. Add extra water or stock if needed to make sufficient sauce. METHOd 1. Crepes cook quickly 1-2 minutes; overcooking causes crepes to toughen.
