Use the button to delete unwanted digits and re-enter the correct ones. Press the button to store the new number. Press and hold the button to return to the standby screen. Vol C alls Use the UP or DOWN button to scroll through. Or Enter the first letter of the name you want, e. g. for Tom, press the 8 button to search for names beginning with T. Press the TALK button to dial the number of the name displayed. The number is dialled automatically. Use the DOWN button to scroll to DELETE and press the button. Use the UP and DOWN buttons to scroll through to the entry you want to delete. When you have found the name to delete, press the button. The number will be displayed, press the button. The display will show CONFIRM?, press the button. The number is now deleted. CALLER DISPLAY With some incoming calls the telephone number of the caller is not available and cannot therefore be displayed. In this case, your Synergy 3100 provides you with some explanatory information about the type of call received. WITHHELD The caller has withheld their number. OPERATOR The call has been made via the operator. PAYPHONE The caller is ringing from a payphone.
