The display shows Play Messages along with number of new messages (New) and the total number of old and new messages (All). To play new message(s) only: Select the New option. To play all messages (old and new): Select the All option. All your messages will be played in the order they were received. At the start of each message, the number of the message and the day and time the message was received is announced. Your memo can be up to 12 minutes (maximum recording time), but you should try to keep it short to leave space for other messages.
