If this occurs, click the OK button to cancel the print job and then lower the resolution or reduce the number of colors. · Some media may not allow printing with certain resolution settings. If you have selected a resolution setting that cannot be used for printing, then a dialog box will open and prompt you to change the resolution. If this occurs, click the OK button to cancel the print job and then lower the resolution. Follow the procedure below to open the Custom Properties dialog box. In the Plotter Configuration Editor dialog box, select and open the Device and Document Settings sheet. Note For more details about how to open the Plotter Configuration Editor dialog box, please refer to Chapter 3, "Opening the Plotter Configuration Editor Dialog Box" (p. 3-1). 2.
