The quality of the edited tape will be slightly lower than that of the original. When connecting a digital video device: You can connect only one device to the camcorder with the DV cable. Blank sections may be recorded as anomalous picture. If the picture does not appear, reconnect the DV cable or turn the camcorder off and back on again. Anomalous signals sent from the connected device may be recorded as anomalous picture (although it may not appear so on the screen), or it may not be recorded at all. You cannot record from tapes with copyright protective signals. Headphones cannot be used during analog line-in recording. If the AV/headphones terminal set to [PHONES H], it will automatically switch to [AV]. When connecting to a TV/video with SCART terminal, use a SCART adapter with input capability (commercially available). The SCART Adapter PC-A10 is for output only.
