?This manual contains important safety and operating instructions for battery charger Model CBC-NB2. Before using battery charger, read all instructions and cautionary markings on battery charger, battery, and product using battery. To reduce risk of injury, charge only lithium ion type rechargeable batteries. Other types of batteries may burst causing injury to persons and damage. Do not expose charger to rain, moisture, or snow. To resume charging, reinsert the charger plug after you have turned the car engine back on. The CBC-NB2 can only be used with 12 or 24 V negativeground car batteries. Using the charger with a positive ground battery may cause a malfunction. Car cigarette lighter sockets have different shapes and dimensions, so this charger may not fit all types. To avoid exhausting the car battery, use the charger only when the car engine is on. Always unplug it before you turn off the engine. To avoid exhausting the car battery, the charger will temporarily shut off if the car battery?s voltage falls below 11 V. it will cease charging battery packs and the CHARGE indicators will go out.
