Protect and maximise your investment the easy way
Do you want to maximise your production time and take your service offering to the next level? [. . . ] Product knowledge ­ Training and maintenance is carried out by Canon Authorised engineers who have expert knowledge of your products and their capabilities. On-site maintenance ­ Our engineers are on-hand Monday to Friday and will be on-site within 24 hours of you placing a maintenance call. Help when you need it ­ Via our Call Centre or Canon Helpdesk,  we're only ever a phone call,  or e-mail away. 

The Easy Service Plans
Installation and User Training
This plan includes the installation of your Large Format Printer,  connection to the network,  installation of drivers and training for a nominated user. As part of our installation service,  we will make sure that your new system is fully tested so that it works in accordance with your pre-agreed specifications. 

3 Year On-site Service
This includes service and parts for 3 years and gives access to the Helpdesk or a Call Centre**. A choice of response times can be specified ­ either same day or next day ­ depending on your specific needs.
