Configuring the Same DPOF Settings for All the Images Procedure [p] (PLAY) * Snapshot Screen * [SET] * MENU * PLAY Tab * DPOF Printing * All images 1. Use [8] and [2] to specify the number of copies. You can specify a value up to 99. Specify 00 if you do not want to print the image. · If you want to include the date in the images, press [0] (Movie) so "On" is shown for date stamping. 2. Press [SET]. DPOF settings are not cleared automatically after printing is complete. The next DPOF print operation you execute will be performed using the last DPOF settings you configured for the images. To clear DPOF settings, specify "00" for the number of copies of all images. Tell your print service about your DPOF settings! If you take a memory card to a professional print service, be sure to tell them that it includes DPOF settings for the images to be printed and the number of copies. If you don't, the print service may print all the images without regard to your DPOF settings, or they may ignore your date stamp setting. 83 Printing . Date Stamping You can use one of the following three methods to include the recording date in the printout of an image. Configuring camera settings Configure DPOF settings (page 82). You can turn date stamping on and off each time you print. You can configure settings so some images include the date stamp and some don't. Configure the Camera's Time Stamp setting (page 109). Precautions for Windows Users · Except for Adobe Reader, the bundled software requires Administrator privileges to run. · Operation on a self-made computer is not supported. · Operation may not be possible under certain computer environments. Viewing and Storing Images on a Computer You can connect the camera to your computer in order to view and store images (snapshot and movie files). NOTE · You also can use your computer's card slot (if it has one) or a commercially available card reader to access image files directly from the camera's memory card. For details, see the user documentation that comes with your computer. . To connect the camera to your computer and save files 1. Next, press [SET] and then display the REC menu (page 55) or the PLAY menu (page 71). On the "Set Up" tab, select "USB" and then press [6].
