While the channel display at the left of the screen turns red, the manual memory operation is available. Manual tuning Press the [a] or [d] button to select the channel. The channel number appears at the top right of the screen. Each time the [a] or [d] button is pressed, the channel number is incremented or decremented by 1. The channel number remains on the screen for about 5 seconds. Press the [MEMO] button for 1 second or longer to store the station into the preset memory. To cancel the manual memory mode, press the [MEMO] button again and press the [DISP] button.
