If you're using an older model Dual Split-Second Sizer,  you will need the latest model replacement tips to use the Double Bubble Outlet.

Double Bubble Balloon Size Chart
Outside Balloon: 16" Right outlet,  yellow hose,  Dual Sizer Setting: 3. 2 Seconds Inside Balloon: 11" Left outlet,  blue hose,  Dual Sizer Setting: 1. 7 Seconds

1.  [. . . ] Reference the following chart to set the unit to properly inflate the balloons.

3. Place the 11" balloon over the blue hose. 

4. Place the 16" balloon over the 11" balloon and the yellow hose. Hold firmly to prevent helium from escaping during the inflation process. 

5. Tap the foot pedal to inflate the balloons. After the balloons are fully inflated,  pinch the neck of the balloons together and remove the Double Bubble outlet quickly to prevent helium from escaping.
