Please refer to the Owner's Manual that came with your skates for other important mechanical,  safety,  and user information. 
Crosskate tires are changed similarly to bicycle tires.  [. . . ] Step 3: Pull the other bead over the same side of the rim. You may need to pull the tube out first. Use care to ensure that the tube does not get pinched between the tire and the rim. 

Installing tubes and tires
Step 1: Remove the valve cap. Place the tube inside the tire,  and inflate slightly. The valve stem should face away from the frame,  and the tread pattern should be oriented the same as the other tires. Step 2: Place valve stem through the rim. Use your hands to pry the inside tire bead onto the wheel. Step 3: Push tube inside the wheel making sure that it is not twisted or bunched up.  [. . . ] 01945 1. 877. CROSSK8
