3. Select CPU PnP Setup,  press [ENTER]. 

4. In CPU Speed,  current setting is 1000MHz,  change by pressing [Up] or [Down] key to 1500+. CPU Frequency will change to 133MHz automatically. 

5. After

Computer will now continue the booting procedure.  [. . . ] Upon finish,  go to System Properties,  Computer section,  you will see "AMD Athlon XP 1500+ 1. 33GHz".
