Fill a large heatproof casserole dish with alternate layers of the lamb mixture, aubergine and potatoes, finishing with a layer of meat. Stir the egg yolk into the natural yogurt. Pour over lamb and sprinkle with cheese. MICROWAVE, covered on P-5 for 20 minutes.
