Readjust the document guides for a snug fit. Your fax machine will grip the documents, and pull the bottom page into the machine. Using the Manual Paper Feeder Your fax machine's manual paper feeder allows you to make copies on a different type of paper than what you normally keep in the paper tray. ! The paper you use in the manual feeder must be the same size as the paper in the paper tray--if it isn't, the paper will jam. A group is a collection of programmed locations. Once you have programmed some One Touch keys or Auto dial numbers, you can use these programmed locations to create groups. Using groups, you can easily send the same fax to multiple locations. You can program up to 10 groups, each having up to 90 numbers. Let's imagine that you work with a team of several co-workers. Each co-worker is at a unique geographic location. You have programmed each co-worker's fax number as a One-Touch key. [. . . ] Automatic redialing follows an unsuccessful dialing attempt. Lets your fax machine store a document in internal memory, transmit the document to the memory of a remote fax machine, and then instruct that unit to relay (i. e. , re-transmit) the document to each fax in a call group in the "hub" unit. This feature speeds extremely high-volume fax communication and allows a single command to initiate document transmission to hundreds of pre-programmed fax locations; also saves phone charges for the originating machine.
