[. . . ] You are able to see exactly which zone is causing the bypass notification by disarming the system and turning the ignition on. The zone will be reported by flashing the active zone 5-times. The security system will ignore the input that was active when the system was armed, until the input goes away. 3-seconds later the system will monitor that input normally. For example, if the protective switch is active, you will hear one Bypass Notification chirp (the protective switch is bypassed from the alarm system).
