The appliance is only suited for indoor use and household use. Make sure that there is enough room around the appliance, so that the heat can escape and the air can circulate. Check the instructions in the section ‘Instructions for cleaning’. Pour a few drops of vegetable oil on the baking plates. When the preheating is done and the appliance is ready for baking, the green light will light up. Pull the plug out of the socket after use and let the appliance cool down completely. When turning on the appliance for the first time, there may be some smoke development and a specific odour during a short period of time. Caution: Do not let the baking plates come into contact with any metal cutlery or other metal objects to avoid damaging of the anti-stick coating. If necessary, clean the baking plates with a damp cloth. Assemble the baking plates you want to use. Make sure that the locking pin clicks into place in the hole at the top of the appliance. Push against the baking plate so that it locks into place.
