Clean the shroud with a cloth or dry brush to remove lint and dust. Do not put the clear binTM in a dishwasher. Washing your filter Check your filter regularly. Under normal use, it will require cleaning at least once every 6 months in accordance with these instructions to maintain performance. The filter may require more frequent washing if vacuuming fine dust. Turn power off and unplug before washing the filter. Do not put the filter in the dishwasher, washing machine, clothes dryer, microwave or near an open flame. Ensure the filter is completely dry before refitting in your machine. Clearing blockages Clearing blockages is not covered by your machine’s limited warranty. Turn power off and unplug before checking for blockages. failure to do so could result in personal injury. This machine is fitted with an automatically resetting thermal cut-out. If the machine overheats it will cut-out; it must be switched off and unplugged immediately and allowed to cool down before attempting to check filters or for blockages. beware of sharp objects when clearing blockages.
