Another option is "All Samples" which will only load the samples. The "Overwrite Bank" warning only appears if "All Presets" or "All Samples" was selected (and "Confirm New Bank" was enabled). As you scroll through non-empty samples, the display will show the sample number, name, sampling rate, sampling length, how many presets use the sample, and whether the sample is stereo, left, or right.
