Consumption plan/target*: with elink you can create your own consumption targets, set your energy consumption target by defining the following parameters: Target amount: please enter the amount for analysis Your type of plan: please choose target setting between kWh used, costs (£) or carbon emissions (kg. CO2) Time period of your plan: define periods for comparison - daily, weekly or monthly plans. Target follow up: on the left side of the program you will find an indicator that will tell you how you are to your target. The indicator will show you: · Good or Bad. A blue colour suggests you are within the targets set. An orange color suggests you are below your target and consuming more than planned. · Distance: The percentage shown relate directly to how you are to your target. Example: Blue 50% indicator will mean you are using half of the target set. *Setting a plan needs a wide knowledge of your average consumption. COLLECTING INFORMATION FROM THE MONITOR COLLECTING DATA STEP 1. Connect the USB to the wireless monitor and PC STEP 2. The PC will take a few seconds to recognise the USB connection STEP 3. You will see an horizontal bar moves across the screen showing download progress STEP 4. Disconnect the USB cable from your PC once you have finished collecting data ATTENTION: if data cannot be collected successfully, please disconnect the USB cable and connect again. The PC and software require a short amount of time to recognise the USB connection BACK-UP This option allows you save information (settings and energy consumption data) as well as transferring the data to another PC. · Back-up copy: you will need to select the folder where you want to save the data. · Restore data: in this case you need to select where you have saved the data previously. This is an estimation based on daily average data Select viewed data: Above the main summary you will find three buttons: ENERGY, COSTS, CARBON FOOTPRINT.
