Always pull the plug out of the power socket before doing any work on the electric stapler!Undo both screws on the stapler head (7) with an Allen key as shown in Fig. Lift off the metal cover and carefully remove the jammed staples with a suitable pair of pliers. Then refasten the metal with the two Allen screws.
