Production:
!Working width: 3000 - 3300 mm (3500 mm optional) Category of item: Large flat items (maxi 3200 mm) and Medium-size (mini 1500 mm) flat items with automatic clamps. Can be also used for small flat items in manual mode; direct feeding on the vacuum feeding table. Production/hour: - 500 to 600 large items, with two operators and one central feeding lane. - 750 to 900 medium items with two operators and two feeding lanes according to: machine type, dimensions of items, ironer's speed and operator's skill.
!Feeding stations mounted on mobile head and made of two clamps for perfect accuracy. Quick spreading system with adjustable spread allowing processing all kind of items; from the most delicate to the most resistant. The feeding station head can be raised for the following two cases: - Semi-automatic feeding (without clamps) by using the vacuum top upper sucking table. - Manual feeding directly on the vacuum-feeding table.
Options:
!Additional control panel installed in front of the ironing set. Safety protections between the feeder and the ironer. Programmer prepared for computer connection interface providing signals of feeding errors: management of customer numbers, product numbers, end of series, faulty item (in combination with the ironer management system), with possible division between torn or stained.
