Upgrading the Firmware The firmware is the operating system (OS) installed on the device. Firmware upgrades can bring new features, improvements and bug fixes. Download the latest firmware from our official website. Step 1: Prepare the USB Pen Drive You will need a USB Pen Drive for firmware upgrade. Copy the file "bank30. rom" to the root directory of a USB key. Step 2: Power on the player and connect it with TV. Step 3: Connect the USB Pen Drive Plug the USB Pen Drive into one of the USB HOST ports of the player. You will see a short message "Write. . Erase. . " on the left upper corner on the TV screen. Please wait for about 1 minute, and installation will be completed. Then the blue indicator on the front cover will turn red and the player will restart automatically.
